I had a small red "thing"--bump, sort of, on the skin--on the underside of my scrotum. It looked very much like a pimple, so of course I couldn't resist squeezing it. Sure enough, out comes a tiny amount of some clear fluid, followed by a very tiny, semi-solid white "thing"!

My scrotum seems OK--no evidence of infection, pain, etc--but now I'm wondering what this little white thing (about the size of a pencil point, or slightly smaller) was. Anyone know?

I couldn't find a section of this forum that seemed to be exactly on target for this query, so I posted it here, since this looked like the closest section there was. Apologies if I'm in the wrong place.
