I am discovering that a LOT of thyroid cancers are found by accident. You go in for another problem, and all of a sudden the thyroid is the attention getter. I have been finding a lot of support and information on the THYCA group in Yahoo. They are very informative, and any questions you have will be answered by people who know what you have been going through.
I hope things are going well for you, it is not easy being sick. I had my thyroid removed March of last year and am still trying to get back on track. It's just a process that has lots of bumps in the road.
