Testicular Cancer

Okay, newbie here, so i apologize if this has been answered ad nauseum.

To start with, I think I have unnaturally small testicles. My right testicle for sure I think has split or cracked, although I've never told a doctor....I know I know that I need to, but really this has become a fairly new discovery. I had many testicular traumas when I was younger involving sports and what not. I don't believe my sperm is what it should be in terms of texture and consistency, but I suppose that's related to what I just mentioned

Recently within the past 9 - 12 months, if I have extended periods of sex or masturbation (1 hour + usually) I get excruciating pain in my testicles. It's not even during ejaculation but more like when it is leading up to it. My scrotum tightens up and my testicles, especially on my right, seems almost as if it slips into my abdomen.

Within about 20 - 25 minutes of my erection going away it begins to ease up, but when I try to go for it again, the pain re-emerges.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this?
