Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Face

I was treated for squamous cell cancer of the face 1 1/2 years ago that resulted in extensive deformity. Treatment was surgery and radiation. I have another incident of squamous cell appearing near the same region previously treated. There is pressure behind my eye, in my upper teeth and some ear ache occuring. What treatment is available beyond surgery to remove the nerve? Is a second treatment of radiation possible?
