Skin Cancer

i have this purple mark on my right breast like someone dotted me w/ a marker. its not big and hasnt changed in color,shape or anything like that. ive had it for atleast 10 years,i do rem. noticing it when id breast feed my daughter and she is now 10 yrs old. could this be a form of breast cancer or skin cancer. ive had many breast exams from different doctors,ive moved around a lot and none of them have ever mentioned it or showed concern. what do you guys think?

it does not sound like skin cancer , but if you are concerned see a doctor and get examined
