I am 20 and a few months ago I noticed an itchy pink spot on my chest. My roommate said it was a heat bump and it would go away. It faded away for a few months but 2 weeks ago I noticed an itch and it was back in the same spot!! My step mother has the same thing on her arm and the dr. said it was nothing, but my X's mother had the same thing on her face and it was basal cell. What should I think. I have only been burnt a few times but I am pale with light hair and eyes. Am I too young or should I get tested?
