Can any body suggest remedy for Mom's case. She is identified Ovarian carcinoma in late July-09 with Stage -III(C).Later on went for surgery in first week of Aug-09.At the time of surgery the doctors have removed the ovaries and uterus, but could not remove the tumor on parts like omentum and rectum. Later on she was advised to go for chemotherapy. The first line of chemo drugs(Pacli & Carboplatin) have not given any response on the tumor. After giving 3 cycles the physician has taken a CT scan and have suggested to go for 2 nd line of chemo . Till now she is administered 2 cycles of 2 nd line chemo drugs ( Topotecan+Doxorubin). The latest scan report shows that with this drug also there is no effect on the tumor and it is rather increasing in the size.

Scan observation :The tumor is now measuring 18.5*16.8 cm. It is extending superiorly upto umbilicus,encasing few small bowel loops and sigmoid colon. Mesenteric deposits also show increase in size with largest measuring 6.2*5cm. Both kidneys are showing moderate hydroureteronephrosis due to compression/involvement of both ureters in the pelvis
