A few months ago I had a leep procedure for cervical ca...i havent had a follow up from that yet because of insurance problems...but for about the last 2 months, i have gained about 8 lbs, on my abdomen. Ive never gained wieght unless i had kids, i look like im pregnant... ihave abdominal pain about where my ovaries would be every few days to the point where i double over, sometimes i have pain in my rectum and lower abdominal area for days, though not constipated...my mom had uterine and ov ca bad...could i be paranoid?

i had the same laser/leap procedure about 3 years ago for cervical cancer, and couldnt follow up do to my loss of insurance also. recently i have noticed a small lump right around the area of my pelvis where my ovaries should be situated. it just came out of no where and if you get any feed back i would like to know what they say. there is no pain yet. just tender when i push on it. i also have been having abdominal issues. i will either get constipated or get diarrhea. i was also wondering if it could be related to ovarian cancer. i am trying to get some feed back before i spend a fortune on seeing a doctor.

I still havent gone for my follow up...but im getting worried, after my leep, my period went back to normal....before it, it would come basically whenever it wanted....and now the last two months, its come a week early the first time and now a few days earlier than that....hopefully i will go in the next few weeks, but now my hubby has been laid off and we are BROKE...did you ever experience pain when wearing a tampon after the leep? I waited the 8 weeks...but every now and then its like a sharp pain...almost feels like a biposy pinch....My regular email is [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed]....i almost never come on here...Id like to hear from you......
