Oral Cancer

I had a small lump that developed under the right side of my tongue. At first I just thought it was a ruptured blood vessel. I smoked and still do. Anyway, the lump started getting bigger. So i went to my doctor who took a biopsy of the lump. Sure enough it was cancer. Ther surgeon asked me if and how much I dipped smokeless tobacco or chewing tobacco. I never did either one.
