Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Hi, My name is Diane and I have a question regarding lymphoma symptoms. I have had swelling of the gland in my neck for a couple of years now. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens about 2 years ago. I know that Lymphoma is a higher rate in people with Sjogrens because it attacks the glands. My symptoms have not been all Sjogrens related. I get a lot of pain in my chest and abdomin on an irregular basis. I didn't realize that the very apparent hard lumps in my groin were not normal until this past week. I am seeing a doctor tomorrow. I have another lymph under my chin which is new for the last two weeks. I do have night sweats but not like the ones described by Lymphoma patients. Fatigue, sometimes nausea, pain in chest and belly, but the very firm and multiple swollen nodes in my groin do conern me. They have been there for at least a year or more. Can anyone give me some of their thoughts on this?
