Hi,

Rituxamab and pneumonia
Have any of you experience pneumonia as a side effect of Rituxamab? My mother is on her third round of pneumonia which seems to initiate after about a week of taking the drug.

Interstitial pneumonia has been associated with rituximab but is infrequent. However, 38% of patients in the clinical trials developed pulmonary issues. Good luck
