Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

i spotted a very small lump in my groin a year ago. i didn't think much of it. about 2 months ago i ha ppened to feel in the same place and noticed that it is much larger. i have also noticed some other symptoms, difficulty swallowing, night sweats, intermittent fevers, fatique, and just a sense of not feeling well, went to the doc she immediately made an appointment for a biopsy, my appointment is this friday, any input would be helpful, do you all really think i may have lymphoma?
