Not sure yet!I recently found a 4cm round lump in my groin lymph node. After going to my gen. practicioner, he also located one in my neck and armpit. I have seen a surgeon to biopsy the groin and set for the surgery in a few days. All my blood work came back negative and I’m feeling pretty good. The odds seem to be against me in that NHL is probably what they are looking for. No worries though, I’m pretty sure this will turn out ok. Love reading your stories.

Re: Not sure yet!I came across your story and we too are new to this whole thing. My 46 yr old husband had been silently watching a lump grow on his inner thigh area very near his groin for about a month or 2. He realized that it was growing, so relucdentaly, decided to go to the doctor who very quickly referred him to a surgeon for a MRI. When the report of the MRI came back the surgeon was immediatly thinking that we are dealing with a lymphoma. My husband had a fine needle asperation and the result show this is a B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. They are still awaiting results of a secondary test to determine the stage and grade. All I know is that this is so sudden and he is only 46. He is very concerned as to what the prognosis is and the therapy that he will probally have to under go. He is scheduled to go to a Onocologist next week as soon as the other result comes back so they know exactly what they are dealing with and the treatment that he will need.
I noticed that your last post was a couple months ago so I figured I would reply and see how you are making out and maybe you can inlighten me as to what is yet to come. Thank You
