Lung Cancer

I’m a 29 y.o mother of 3 young kids. I’ve smoked for 13 years. During a CT scan last week they discovered 2 nodules on my lungs. One is 1/4 of an inch and the other is a lil bigger than that. I went in yesterday for a Chest CT scan. This has been the toughest thing in my life. Waiting for someone to say you’ll be ok or possibly hearing “You have Lung Cancer” I immediately quit smoking. It’s surprisingly easy once something like this is dumped in your lap.

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. My sister was found to have 2 nodules on her lung and she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Unlike you she did not quit smoking. I think you are doing everything you can at the moment and I hope you have good news to share with us. It does matter that you quit and I am proud of you. There is hope and try and keep your spirits up. I pray that you don't have cancer.
