what are the most common leukemia signs? Becuase i think i have leukemia and it really scares me so if someone can explain please......

I am not much help but had noticed no symptoms when I was diagnosed during a routine yearly exam. Looking back, I remember being tired but had a very difficult job and worked many hours but just could keep up like I thought I should. I also had a tender spleen but thought it might be mild gall bladder spasms.
I did note a few bruises but overall nothing to alert me. You can read about leukemia signs on most web sites.

I forgot this in my last post: My first symptoms were armpit sweating and having an odor, up until then I never sweated or had any underarm odor. Also I had heat sensitivity in my upper teeth, I went to the dentist and he could find no reason for this, later on I learned that is an early sign. I do not know if this fits everyone with leukemia or not.
