Leukemia

Dear readers does anyone know if you can have leukemia with a normal blood test result?
My daughter is 5 almost 6 and very healthy. About 2 1/2 weeks ago she had a sore throat with leg pain. She tested negative with the 1st strep test they give in the office. They sent me away with antibiotics. Several days later when the 2nd test came back negative I stopped her antibiotics.
The next week she complained behind her ear hurt. I felt a swollen lymph node or gland. Thursday night that same week she woke up in extreme pain both of her legs below the knee's were hurting. It only hurt her worse when I rubbed them. That morning the pain was still there so I took her in to the Doctors. They said circulation was good bp good it may be mono or growing pains. She had an x-ray of her legs and a cbc. That evening she noticed some small red dots in various places. Saturday she had a bloated stomach(which went down) and in the evening said she "couldn't" breathe. I think she may have shortness of breath. She can walk but will complain of leg pain after a while. She has also had mood swings. Her cbc came back normal. But she is complaining about being hot, her neck hurting, her legs hurt and she "can't" breath. Went to the dr. today had a chest x-ray & all is fine. He said she sounds fine, her breathing is good. Not asthma No organs are swollen. I am just really concerned because she seems to get worse everyday. Could she be sick and still have a normal cbc? Please help me.

Hi, I am new and noticed your post was in june are things better and did you get any diagnoses for your daughter? I hope so. I don't have an answer for you just keep seeking help see as many doctors as it takes until you are comfortable.
