I on a drug (Macrobid) a few days. I discontinued due to fatigue. I noticed some tiny red spots coming up here re on my arms, chest, neck. Doctor sent me some blood tests (re: allergic reaction) will not rule out leukemia! Should I be concerned.

If he sent you for blood tests (including a complete blood count) he will also be able to see if there are any abnormal elevations in the white blood cells. It is more likely that you are experiencing a side effect from the medication then you are developing leukemia. Thank you for using oncologychannel and good luck.
