A dear and close family member recently diagnosed with CLL has shared their blood test results - can anyone advise what the results mean and at what stage this disease is at? Also, is there any relation between high cholesterol (Ratio Total Chol to HDL of 5.67) and CLL?
White Blood Cell Count 17.8 giga/L
Red Blood Cell Count 4.23 tera/L
Hemoglobin 137 g/L
Hematocrit .40
Platelet Count 277 giga/L
Serum Creatinine 85 umol/L
Differential WBC Count
Absolute: 17.80(x10E9/L) 0 BAO 0.2 EOS 14.1 LYMPHS 0.5 MONO 3 NEUT
Smudge Cells: Present

Any information is greatly appreciated!

One cannot stage CLL on the basis of the blood counts alone; physical
examination and bone marrow results are required. Thank you for using
