Re: hemangiomaIf there is a history of kidney cancer, and a bone scan shows a lesion in T7, it has to be considered suspicious for a metastatic lesion. If the MRI shows a hemangioma (i.e. a very vascular lesion), I would remain very suspicious since such metastatic lesions tend to be very vascular.
