Hodgkins-Achalasia

Hi folks was diagnosed with Hodgkins 3B,NS in Dec-05 had it for a year, finally the ESR blood test showed something was wrong, went for a cat scan, area infected was the abdomen [mesentery-retroperitoneum ],in the 10mo had problems swallowing food, food would get stuck in my throat, followed by hiccups, doctor said this will have to wait till until you've completed 6mos of ABVD,last dose was July-06,i thought being in remission the swallowing problem would diminish, but it got worse after chemo went for a barium swallow, showed narrowed tapering of the esophagus, with aperistalsis, did a pneumatic balloon dilation, can now swallow a big mac, what a relief.Have asked the doctors did Hodgkins cause this, they honestly don't know,i feel it did, anyway went for a cat scan a month ago seen some increased lympadenopathy in the same area, did a pet scan last week, no FDG found, lymph nodes are still 1x2cms,are they supposed to be this size ?
