I was diagnosed with HD while 24 weeks pregnant. We were really scared because we had a daughter at home and this little one growing inside of me. We didn’t know what we were going to do. I thank god everyday that my OBGYN worked as hard as he did to keep us both safe. He sent us to another hospital to begin chemo Yes, we were scared, but told that the treatments wouldn’t hurt the baby. We were just so happy that they weren’t going to take the baby that early.
