Adenocarcinoma

I went to the dentist 4 years ago and was refered to a Doctor specializing in tumors, mine was in my hard pallet. After having the tumor removed and 3 months of radiation the cancer was diagnosed again in March 2006. On June 8 I had my hard pallet removed and replaced with skin and bone from my left fibula. After the surgery I had a feeding tube, 3 injections a day of heprin a day (long needles into my stomach) for two weeks to keep my blood thin. Your post caught my eye because I was diagnosed with an adenocarcinoma too. Mine was in my nasal cavity extending to the Cribiform plate. Too close to the brain for me! That was 2 1/2 years ago and no reoccurences since my surgery and radiation. Now I'm mostly coping with the relatively small issues that follow having my sinus cavities "scooped" out. A relatively small thing after all. I just registered on this site today and am would like to reach out to those that might be going thru similar side effects.
