45 yo male Diagnosed T1 N2a MOI was diagnosed with HPV Squamous Cell Carcinoma in May 2007. It all began with me noticing a hard painless lump in the right side of my neck in the shower. I had the lump removed and they found the biopsy malignant. The primary tumor was found in my right tonsil, and underwent a radical neck disection at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore MD, ouch. Re: 45 yo male Diagnosed T1 N2a MOMy brother, who is 43 is going through the same thing. Same tonsil too. He too went through extensive radiation and chemo. He was told to be 'Cancer Free' according to his last PET Scan, although he was on a feeding tube and still is because his stomach is damaged. I look through these various things because I want to know more, if some little morsel of knowledge will help him, I want to pass it on.
