Just found out today my dad has stomach cancer, dont know as of yet the extent of it as we are waiting for scan and biopsy results. He is my absolute world and I just cant see past losing him, we lost my mum 8 years ago to pancreatic cancer so I know the hard times that are coming, it is only me and him and I just dont know how to survive this and cope.
