I am also 25 and was just diagnosed with stomach cancer about 2 weeks ago. I had a 65% gastrictamy. The lymph nodes around the area came back positive with cancer. Planning to undergo the full cycle of treatment starting in about 3 weeks. I am also scared and would like to hear more about your experience and concerns.

I must say you are truly a brave woman and an inspiration to others dealing with this illness. Make sure you do whatever it takes to lift your spirits, live life and put the worry behind you. My father was recently diagnosed with stage IV gastic cancer nothing has been the same ever since, a second does not go by where I am not thinking about my father and what he is going through. I do believe that every little effort helps to make a difference in your life and will help you keep the hope alive so that you can move forward to fight this disease. As a young women dealing with this like yourself, I'm sure you ask 'why has something like this happen to me I have my whole life ahead of me' all I can say is you do have your whole life ahead of you and you should strive to make each and everyday of your life as pleasant as possible, one day at a time. Take care I wish you the best, you are in my prayers.

I salute your bravery ,as i know exactly what you are going through ,my father who has a cancer stage4 has the liver affected too and the doctors refused to interfere surgically claiming that it's too late so now my father is having a chemotherapy but because he had an open-heart operation two years ago ,the doctors are dividing each chemo session therapy into three sessions ,my dad is on bad pain most of the time ,has nausea and even when he vomits he vomits a black liquid for his stomach is empty he can't eat ,his abdomen full of liquid is preventing him from eating but sincerely i believe that in your case you will be just fine as the doctors told my father that he has a 50% chance of getting cured but the complications he has like (blood pressure problems, diabetes, prostate, cholesterol, one failed kidney, and the weak heart )make it difficult for him to be cure as a healthy person having a gastric cancer that's why i believe that in your case ,you can be cured ,may God bless and be on your side during those difficult days.
