Endometrial Cancer

Hi, I was diagnosed with Stage IIA Grade 1 endometrial cancer on October 6th., 2008. I have since had a total abdominal hysterectomy bilateral salipingo oopherectomy, lymph node removal, and omentumectomy. I had no signs or symptoms that lead me to believe something was wrong.
