I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer two years ago: I had a white discharge, so did not think it was anything serious. I am stage IIIc3. I hope that any potential patients will ask their doctors to specify the risks of treatment to them. Mine avoided telling me about lymphedema and sexual dysfunction.
