Endometrial Cancer

I was diagnosed on 02/12/07 with Endometrial Cancer. It was been the most challenging year of my and my family lives. On March 8, 2007, I had surgery, and start chemotherapy on 04/16/07. I would recommend any one who suspects that they may be high risk, and your physician is not listening to you as a patient get a second opinion as quickly as possible. Hi,
I also have stage 3 grade 2 Edometrial cancer. I had surgery Feb and finished 6 treatments of chemo. I am now going to go thru external beam radiation and vaginal cuff radiation. Did you go thru Radiation? My Radiologist said after all treatments I have a 90% prognosis. Although my surgeon said 40 to 50% of this cancer recurrs. I guess everyone has their stats. I hope you are doing ok.
