Hello I have had a problem of my testicles turning rock hard when I lift weights, have an erection, do pushups, walk up the stairs, or any strenuous activity. After erection/orgasm, my testicles turn softer but it the hardness annoys the heck out of me and also it deters me from playing sports, afraid because its a different type of pain now when i get hit there. i havea feeling if i get hit hard enough there it will pop since its so hard. i have a varicocele on the left side but i dont know if that is contributing to this. my testicles have shrunk but it is on the small side of normal. PLEASE HELP!

ps ive been to about 2 urologists but they dont really know what it is.. is there ANYONE out there whos experienced this?
