Re: Re: CTOptimally yes, it would be better for the radiologist to give the consent for that very small percentage of patients who really listen and analyize their risks etc. From a logistics point of view, however, such a requirement would further paralyze imaging departments around the country. These days it is hard enough to find radiologists who will just read x-rays.
