The Dr wrote down the name of my 77yr olds fathers cancer. What can you tell me about it were can I get more info?
(mucinous adenocarcinoma)
rectal cancer.
We have also heard the name called by the home health care nurse (tubulovillous adenoma) whats the differents between the two? Why there are two I don't know.....

A tubulo villous adenoma is not a malignancy whereas a rectal cancer (mucinous adenocarcinoma) is a malignancy. You can find out more about rectal cancers on oncologychannel. thank you for using oncologychannel and good luck.
