Colorectal Cancer

My wife is 63 and recently had a colonectomy for a walnut size obstructive tumor in her transverse colon. She is stage III with one of 45 lymph nodes showing random malignant cells. Her oncologist has offered entry into a clinical trial with FOLFOX + cetuximab. She is very concerned about the risks associated with chemo Does anyone have experience with this combo of meds? The difference in predicted survival rates are 72% w/o cetuximab and 78% with. I would appreciate responses from anyone who has direct knowledge of FOLFOX chemo also.
