Colorectal Cancer

Hi, i'm 20 yr old male, and I noticed when I go to the bathroom, sometimes it may be bleeding a bit or painful at times, I wanted to know if this is an early sign of colon cancer, or if its something minor (like Hemorrhoids).

Go see a doctor. You may want to get a colonoscopy - it's not that bad. I got colon cancer when I was 31 and doctors were amazed that I had gotten it so young but it can happen!

I hope you still read this forum occasionally. today I was told that my grandmother has colon cancer and it had spread to her intestines. The doctor also told me that she had about 2-6 months left. What should I expect in terms of pain and such?
