Colorectal Cancer

I had a colonoscopy Wednesday after noticing blood in my stool for about two months. My surgeon told my husband and myself that day he found a mass. I feel like I am in a whirlwind right now. Bloodwork, xrays, cat scans, meeting with the oconologist…..Yes, I am scared to death. But I am bound and determined to beat this!! My surgeon was so surprised by his find. You see, I am only 39 and was just diagnosed with rectal cancer. I WILL be a survivor!
