my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer on 25th july 2005, operated on 11th August and then had 6 months of preventative chemo this was a terrible time for him and the whole family but has been clear now for over three years. he has to go for his colonoscopy next week to make sure he stays cancer free. must admit even though there are no signs that its come back we are all still a bit nervous.
