Leg Pain- what kind of leg pain? My mother just died of ovarian cancer. I just read that leg pain is a sign of ovarian cancer And if you have a pain does that mean you have ovrian cancer?

I am sorry to be so unclear. In the symptoms section for ovarian cancer, it states that leg pain is one of the symptoms.
I have been having a pain that shoots down my righ leg and it originatesm in the groin (I trhink). I was wondering if this is the type of "leg pain" associated with ovarian cancer? Since my mothers death three weeks ago, Iam VERY scared even though I am 54 I am still afraid. Thank you
