Chemotherapy

When my father had chemo for his bladder cancer we had to clean the toilet with bleach after he used it to make sure that we didn't come in contact with any chemo So here's my question. My husband is being treated with oral chemo & occcasional vincristine for his brain tumor. Can these meds come through in his body fluids--urine, semen,etc.? It's an uncomfortable question to ask, but I'd like to know & it's not something discussed at the oncologist's office.
