Carcinoid Tumors

Has anyone with Carcinoid Syndrome experienced swelling in the legs? My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 Carcinoid one year ago. He's taking shots once a month but is experiencing more swelling in his legs. He said "Sometimes I think my legs will go first." He has chosen no more test to see if it has progressed but as long as the shots are working he is doing them once a month. If he sits with them down it is worse. He seems to feel better moving around...circulation? Anyone with any ideas or similar experience? Thanks. Quilter
