Second opinion or another mammogram!

Should a person that has been diagnosed as having Stage 1 and hormone-receptor-negative breast cancer get a second opinion or just have another mammogram (from a different facility)? If you go for a second opinion, should you tell them you are there for a second opinion or just see if their findings are the same or different?
