Breast Cancer

I am 33 years old. About one month ago my MD found a lump in my left breast. I did U/S and the raidialogist said the lump was Benign Fibroadonema. I am also diagoned with sever fibrocystic changes in both breast. I have recently had shingles on the same breast. I feel pain a lot near the area especially nipple. I am very concerned. Would you pls let me know what to do. Pls help.
