Breast Cancer

I was 35 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer (1996). I found a lump in my armpit. I live in a small town and I was never told to look there. I read it in a magazine. My surgeon wanted to take my breast off, and he said I would then be fine. Needless to say, I wanted a second opinion. I went to a big city to get it. I had a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation.
