Brain Cancer

I had resection in 2005, 90% grade 2 astrocytoma removed, Watch & wait MRIs showed slow growth.
Last two months I have had swollen and painful lymph nodes in the neck, armpits areas. Wondering if this is a sign of the tumor growing faster. Next MRI in three weeks. Anyone else experience similar symptoms. Thanks, Rosemary P
