Signs and Symptoms


The most common symptom of bone cancer is pain, which may worsen at night and with activity, and cause a limp, if the cancer occurs in the leg. In some cases, a lump develops on the bone. Bone cancer may weaken the affected bone, sometimes resulting in a fracture.


Other general symptoms include the following:

Anemia (reduced red blood cell count)
Fatigue
Fever
Swelling
Tenderness
Weight loss
