Bladder Cancer

Hi, I'm Chris. I received confirmation a couple days ago that I have four tumors on the inner lining of my bladder. I am undergoing a TURB this afternoon. I had the usual symptom of blood in the urine, and had the urine cytology (which showed urotherlial carcinoma cells) and IVP and the scope (the latter just two days ago: it's an uncomfortable procedure, especially getting past the sphincter into the bladder). The scope clearly showed the tumors. This is my first post. I just wanted to say "hi", as I will be visiting regularly. I look forward to reading the posts of other BC "club" members, as I have a great deal to learn about this disease, and its affect on activies of daily living. I know everyone is different, as are their individual experiences. But I can learn from that, and maybe I'll even be able to give something back. We're all in this together, for the long haul. Thanks.
