A special diet for bladder cancer

I just had a bladder cancer removed. My doctor has never mentioned anything about any special diet I should follow. Do I just eat as i always have, or is there a special diet I should follow that would help me in my recovery?

There is no special diet for bladder cancer, if you smoke you should quit since smoking is one of the main causes and may lead to a reccurance.
