What a surprise!

I’m a 67 year old woman, nonsmoker, retired elementary school teacher who found blood in her urine in March, went to emergency care..urinanalysis=nothing - to primary care - more tests-referred to urologist… cyscoscopy - surgery - now the question is immunotherapy or not…one Dr. says start now, 2nd opinion says wait until next cystoscopy to see what’s going on.. feels the BCG is too agressive for right now… what to do?...Read the full article

You know I am 67 also,with bladder cancer.All I can tell you is pick a DR. you have faith in and do what he says.If you want get a 2nd opinion,always a good option.
I am still doing the BCG&interferon treatments,seems to keep me going.I keep in tough w/my Dr. every 6 months.Wish you the best.
