Quit Smoking now!!!
Had/have bladder cancer. Diagnosed in Nov. 2005, had bladder/prostate removed in Apr. 2006,
four (4) months of chemo, had kidney cancer too, tumor in right kidney, had tumor and approx. 1/3 kidney removed in Feb. 2007. Have ileostomy. Wear pouch (Hollister#8486) and keep overnight bag attached to pouch almost all the time. Save pouches and at $50.00/box of five (5) it's expensive. Generally keep pouch on 10 to 14 days. Shower only when pouch comes off.
Suffer from COPD, depression and anxiety syndrome as well. On social security disability and stay home all the time.
Know I haven't got much time left as I expect cancer to recur as lung cancer anytime.
Been told this common. Don't really know but no one has told me it's not true.
Urologist and oncologist said the same thing soI guess it must be true.
Not much to hope for then is there?
