Having a good one is sometimes not enough. In early December 2008, my FP physician found blood in my urine and sent me to a urologist He said it didn’t look like any big deal when he did the urine dip-stick, but ordered a CT and found “something”. I was sent to the operating room a couple of days later and had a large malignancy removed. Case closed: Not so fast. Now we are in May of 2009 and “It’s back” and my PSA is 4.3.
