lymph node questions

I am a breast cancer survivor, I have had respitory infections repeatedly and had a ct scan just done. It showed small mediastinal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes in my lungs. Does anyone know if I should persue this or ignore. My asthma doctor had sent me for this test.
