Adrenal Cancer

Hello,
I'm pretty sure I have Adrenal Cancer I've got 26 of the symptoms with the most recent being chest pain and rapid weight gain and body fat in my chest stomach and back. I don't have any health insurance and my husband recently lost his job so our only income is a small interent business that makes little money. Is there any place I can go to get help that does not cost anything. For testing and if needed treatment. Any direction would be appreciated.
